Please remember the car belongs to you and ultimately you have a choice so please do not be bullied by them! Primarily Insurance Companies do have Approved Repairers so that they can force costs down and not necessarily force quality upwards. Independent Repairers such as ourselves give a personal service and treat you as a person, not a claim number. Most of our business comes from referrals and repeat business, Each customer to us is a nucleus generating more work or business.
